Business management and strategy

A plan that never becomes a calendar is an expensive opinion.

Almost every company has a strategy; almost none has the execution of it. The plan is born on an inspired day, becomes a presentation, and dies the following week — because nobody translated it into who does what, by when, measured by which figure. The operation carries on on autopilot, and the plan becomes furniture.

Strategy that works is organisational design plus rhythm: clear authority levels, roles without overlap, the right figure on the right table, and the meeting that decides instead of updating. It is not sophistication — it is discipline. And discipline is installed, not lectured.

The house reads the operation from the outside, designs the structure — authority levels, roles, interfaces, decision rules — and installs the management rhythm: the plan with an owner and a deadline, the dashboard with the figure that matters, the cadence of meetings that decide. And follows through until the rhythm belongs to the company, not to us.

Where it usually goes wrong: buying a diagnosis and stopping there. The report that points out everything and installs nothing is the most expensive way to postpone. The reading is worth what changes the following Monday — the rest is literature.

A typical case: the founder who became the bottleneck — every decision passes through him, and he has no day left. The design of authority levels returns decisions to their proper size, the dashboard replaces the corridor as the source of information, and the founder goes back to deciding only what only he can.

The maths, done

A founder who decides everything: forty decisions a week cross his desk, and the operation waits. If each one stalls two days on average, that is eighty days of accumulated waiting per week, scattered across the company. The design of decision rights returns thirty of those decisions to their proper size; the dashboard replaces the corridor. What is left for the founder is what only he can decide — and the time to decide it well.

The figures above are from a typical case, with market ranges as of September 2026, to show the arithmetic. Yours comes from your own data, in the diagnosis.

What changes for the one in charge

You stop having a plan that dies the following week. You start receiving the structure designed and the management rhythm installed, with an owner, a deadline and a number — with someone accountable, a deadline and proof, in the same account that looks after the rest of what is not your business.

How we are paid

By phase — reading, design, installation — with a fixed price per phase and the exit always available between them.

Official sources, at the exact point: the article of law, the service or the search you can use today. None replaces analysis of the specific case, which is our work.

The family this practice belongs to

Works, assets and management

What the group executes with its own hands, open to the account: construction and engineering under its own signature, real estate and development, certified mining, technology and data, trade fairs and missions, people and management. Whoever engages the reading may also engage the execution — with the affiliation declared in writing, always.

Order Method · the sequence of an account
  • Conversation, to understand what is blocked.
  • Letter of authorisation and secrecy: before it, nothing is accessed.
  • Diagnosis with scope, timeline and price, credited against success.
  • Opinion with a calculation trail and declared risk, thesis by thesis.
  • Execution with milestones: who does it, when — and who checks it.
  • Account under management: the recurring product that sustains the relationship.

The method, in full

The alignment
  • Remuneration stated beforehand, in writing: by scope, by milestone or on the realised benefit — and, when it is a success fee, it is measured on your statement, not in an opinion.
  • Accountability at the end, with proof of what was done.
  • Affiliation declared in writing when execution involves a group company.
  • The data belongs to the client. Restricted use, secrecy at every stage and verified deletion.
What we do not do

We do not promise a result before knowing the case, we do not promise deadlines that are not ours, and we do not chase speculative theses to fatten an opinion. Nor do we take commission for referring anyone: whoever executes answers for the house, within our price.

The first step

A conversation, with no materials and no proposal, to understand what is blocked. If there is matter to work on, the next step is the letter of authorisation and secrecy, a document that limits our own access before anything else. If there is not, we say so, and the conversation ends there with no awkwardness for anyone.

What is included

  • Organisational reading and operational diagnosis
  • Structure design: authority levels, roles, interfaces
  • A plan with an owner, a deadline and a figure — and its installation
  • Management rhythm: dashboards and decision cadence
  • Governance for family businesses and partners
  • Follow-through until the routine sustains itself
How the house works: the three rules and what goes in writing
The three rules, without exception
iScope, timeline and price before the first stroke

Nothing starts without the three in writing. What changes along the way changes by signed addendum, with its cause stated — never by habit.

iiA verified milestone releases payment

Payment follows what was delivered and checked, not what was promised. On site, measurement is independent; in other deliveries, the milestone carries proof before it becomes an invoice.

iiiAffiliation declared in writing when the group executes

When execution involves a group company, that is said beforehand, in a document. The client chooses knowing who does the work — and may choose someone else.

What is put in writing
  • Letter of authorisation, with scope and term defined
  • Power of attorney restricted to the necessary searches
  • Scope, timeline and price, before the first stroke
  • Measurement, milestone and acceptance, at every delivery
  • Declaration of affiliation, where a group company is involved
  • Proof of data deletion at the end of the work
The reading is worth what changes the following Monday.
